The Dinec™ limited warranty is valid only to the dealer and original consumer. The warranty covers defects on product material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. The product must have been purchased through a valued Dinec™ Retailer.
For defects such as scratches, notches, crushed corners, lack of paint as well as damaged or stained cushions, the dealer has 7 days from the date the furniture was delivered to its business to submit a claim. After this time period, any claim will be refused. Due to the natural uniqueness of each piece of wood, it is common to find a slight variation in the color of the finish and grain of a finished product. Also, you may encounter a slight variation in the color of a fabric or leather, when reordering or adding to your collection.
Naturally, this warranty does not apply in cases of fire, accidents, negligence, misuse, inadequate cleaning or use in a commercial establishment. Should you encounter a problem, please contact your Dinec™ dealer.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight
Avoid hot liquids or objects, may cause a light whitening
Avoid extensive use of plastic place mats
Clean your Dinec™ products only with mild soap and warm water
Avoid exposing your Dinec™ furniture to excessive variations of humidity
To care for your leather, simply clean with a damp cloth and a gentle soap
